They have an immediate need for a Strategic Program Manager to join their dynamic team in Auburn, AL. This is an on-site role offering the opportunity to work alongside dedicated professionals and leave a lasting impact on how the organization operates.

Master Conductor: Lead the way for programs that set the tone for our future, ensuring perfect harmony between our goals and execution.

Big-Picture Visionary: Navigate market currents and company objectives, aligning programs to capitalize on opportunities and outmaneuver challenges.

Orchestral Genius: Lead cross-functional teams with a deft touch, balancing resources, mitigating risks, and extracting the best from every instrument.

Results Champion: Keep the tempo, consistently delivering on program objectives and keeping stakeholders informed with clear, concise communication.

Change Navigator: Guide our company through cultural shifts and new technology adoptions, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal performance.

Relationship Maestro: Build bridges across departments and external partners, fostering collaboration and fueling success through strong connections.

Day-to-Day Virtuoso: While leading the strategic charge, you'll also provide expert guidance and support to ensure the meticulous execution of daily project operations.


Who is the Ideal Candidate...

  • A seasoned professional with 7-10 years of experience in program management, preferably within the telecommunications, construction or technology industries.

  • A holder of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • A strategic thinker with the ability to see the forest and the trees, connecting the dots between individual tasks and overarching goals.

  • A natural leader with exceptional communication and collaboration skills, inspiring and motivating diverse teams to achieve the impossible.
