The Opportunity . . . 


We are looking for a Part-Time Project Admin/Coordinator for a 4-month contract (with possible extension) to provide administrative support to the Lead Consultant over strategic PMO projects. The Project Admin is responsible for ensuring meeting notes, schedule, budget, analytics, executive status updates, and details of projects are well documented, communicated, and organized. 


What You'll Do...

 Day-to-to Responsibilities include, but not exclusively:

  • Takes notes like an investigative journalist. Highlighting and capturing Actions, Decisions, Risk and Next Steps.  
  • Directly/indirectly support consultants in project admin  
  • Support working relationship with multiple levels of client leadership.
  • Ensures project artifacts (Charter, RACI, RAID logs) are updated  
  • Pro-active but knows when to ask for help or clarification. 
  • Performs follow-ups in project progression 
  • Builds and tracks spending via budget trackers  
  • Builds and produces analytics to measure KPI’s, health and overall success 
  • Sends meeting notes to appropriate team members  
  • Prepares weekly executive presentations
  • Learns, develops, trains, and deploys project management tools
  • Conducts stakeholder interviews to build current and future state process maps

Who is the Ideal Candidate...

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Business, Communications or Related field  
  • 2 years of independent project management experience or 3 years’ experience in project support role
  • 2 years of Exceptional Administration and Transcription Skills to accurately capture and document key decisions, and actions in meetings to input into artifacts. 
  • 2 years performing research to gather and interpret data, to creating reports for analysis and visualization  
  • Expert Level Excel and Powerpoint Skills

Preferred Qualifications:   

  • Experience with Asana, Smartsheet or similar 
  • Experience with both Waterfall and AGILE methodologies
  • CAPM or PMP Certification or in process
