We are Hazel Seybert Consulting - A boutique consulting firm dedicated to helping business leaders and their teams transform their business. We intentionally seek opportunities that are too small for big consulting companies and too strategic for staffing agencies.

Our services do not end with just recommendations; our consultants become an extension of the team, roll up their sleeves and work hand-in-hand with clients to execute and implement exceptional products and services.  


Frequently we receive client requests for experienced professionals in specific areas of expertise to support short-term engagement projects (1-6 months). We are building an elite pool of individual, independent contractors called "ReWired Pros" to meet these needs in an on-going capacity. There are a few things we look for across all team members and contractors, regardless of role or team. Expertise in one or more of the following categories. Generally, 5-10 years of experience is required. 
  • Finance: FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis), Creating KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and Dashboards, Sales Optimization 
  • ERP: Systems Implementation Consultants 
  • EMR/EHR: Systems analysis, recommendation, planning and Implementation Consultants 
  • Operations: PMO Governance, Product/Services Design, Implementation Launch and/or Integration, Project/Program Management. Supplier Management, M&A Activities. 
  • IT Infrastructure: Cloud Migration, Data Management, Vendor Management, Data Center, Data Conversion   
  • Additional Areas: Interim C-Suite, Quality Assurance

Sample Day to Day Responsibilities in a project management contract can include any of the following capacities (not exhaustive). Similar level of responsibilities in each specific area.

  • Define and document scope, requirements, and workflows in collaboration with other key stakeholders.  
  • Lead cross-functional projects through discovery and planning to implementation.  
  • Manage client communication and expectations.  
  • Manage project tasks and communication with team and keep projects on budget and on time.  
  • Prepare weekly executive presentations to review overall project health and escalate any risks or issues.  
  • Identify and prioritize project roadmap(s)  
  • Assess project performance and optimize project schedule.  
  • Creating/Updating Risk, Assumption, Issues, and Decision Logs  
  • Hosting internal and cross-functional team meetings  
  • Holding departmental staff and executive leadership accountable to deliverables  
  • Build and execute organization change management plans, as needed.  
  • Manage new project/client on-boarding and transfer processes.  
  • Create and deliver transition plan prior to end of engagement.  


Your Background (Qualifications) . . .   


Qualifications:   

Your qualifications are dependent upon the area of expertise. The following are representative.  

  • Experience working with and/or reporting to C-Suite Executives   

  • 5 –10 years of experience in area of competency.

  • Enterprise-wide project plan development and cross-functional execution experience within any of the following areas: IT, Operations, ERP, Finance and/or EMR/EHR.

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field

  • Working knowledge of Waterfall and/or AGILE methodologies 

  • Excellent written communication and oral presentation skills 

  • Strong Microsoft Suite with focus on Excel and PowerPoint 

  • Project Management or Equivalent Tracking Tools: MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, Clarity (or equivalent)   

  • Experience developing, implementing and tracking KPIs.

  • PMP Certified through PMI (Preferred)
  • MBA or MS (Preferred)
  • Certification in area of expertise (if applicable)
  • Willingness to travel based on client needs from fully remote to regular travel (varies per client and contract)
  • Comfortable flexing 20-40 hours a week
Business Structure Requirements (Prior to Start Date of Contract):
  • C2C Individual structured as S-Corp, Corp, or LLC  
  • General Liability and Error and Omission Insurance Policies for $1M Coverage. 
  • Workman's Compensation Insurance, unless exempt in your state. 
  • Cybersecurity Insurance Rider $100,000 (subject to client requirements) 
  • No agency or sub-contracting arrangements.
